Banners: Becky and Kathy organized and labeled the banners by

seasonal usage. All banners are hung in the closet in the sacristy.

Becky will update the banner notebook with photos of the banners not already included in the book. Kathy will dispose of (burn) two banners that are no longer needed, and Becky will take another banner to Valueland (a Christian organization) to see if they know of a charity that might like the banner.

Paraments: Bonnie will change the paraments for Thanksgiving week.

Becky and Dian will change them for Advent; they will also look at some fabric Dian has to see if it would be appropriate for use on the altar. If so, it will need to be sewn to size.

Decorating the Sanctuary: The sanctuary will be decorated for Christmas on December 3rd from 1:00-3:00. Dian would like the Sanctuary Care Team and the trustees to be involved with decorating.

Christmas Eve service: Becky and Kathy will get the candles ready for use at the Christmas Eve service. Becky will bring in baskets for the candles.
