NEXT MEETING:  WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 16 AT 6:15

Chapel upkeep: until new chapel managers are selected, Dian and Pastor Dave would welcome anyone who would like to help make sure the chapel is ready inside and out for Sunday worship.  Now that school is back in session, there is a lot of outdoor clean-up needed after Saturday nights.

Becky and Kathy will meet at noon on Monday, September 19th to organize and label the banners by seasonal usage.  There is a banner closet directly across the hall from the sacristy, and we will look at what modifications are needed in that area to store the banners there. Anyone who would like to join us that day is welcome.

Becky and Dian discussed promoting the need for more help with setting up for communion.It was agreed that the Sanctuary Care Team will plan to host a Sunday supper spaghetti dinner on 9/11.  Dian will talk with Barb and Sharon about their availability to assist. Becky, Bonnie, and Dian are available, but Kathy is not yet sure if she will be available.
